According to popVideo's official website, the tool only runs on 64-bit versions of Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10.
The minimum hardware requirements include 2 GB of RAM, a graphic card with a minimum of 512 MB of RAM, at least a dual-core CPU, a display with a 1024 x 768 resolution or better and 2 GB of free storage space.
For video editing in full HD (2K) you will need at least an Intel i5 dual-core CPU, 8 GB of RAM, 10 GB of free space on your hard disk, and graphics cards with at least 2GB of VRAM (AMD Radeon HD 7000 Series / nVIDIA GeForce 8 Series or higher.
In case you want to edit in 4K, you must have an Intel i7 octa-core or better, at least 16 GB of RAM, 10 GB of free storage space or more (an SSD harddisk is highly recommended) and video cards with at least 2 GB VRAM.
